Have you ever wanted to preview any Markdown file in the current directory? I did, I that’s why I built binos.
What can binos do?
- Quickly switch between any Markdown file in the current directory or subdirectory, recursively
- Live reload when the Markdown changes
- Render Mermaid and D2 diagrams
- Match your OS light/dark theme preference
- Browse files and Markdown table of contents
- Display simple black and white styles for print
What do I use binos for?
- Reading my Zettelkasten notes
- Displaying READMEs and other Markdown files in work projects
- Previewing saved Claude plans
- Printing any of the above for max offline focus powers
- Checking Mermaid or D2 diagrams
